Feedback submitted by a Website End-User through the Widget's feedback form is delivered by e-mail to the relevant account holder (our customer), who may disable the feedback form in the account settings; EqualWeb acts solely as the transmitting conduit of such messages and does not use them for any other purpose. If a Website End-User contacts us directly, we use the information provided solely in order to respond. The Personal Information is collected from the details the Users provide in the Contact Us, Getting Started or Press Inquiry Forms on the Site (the "Contact Forms"), which include, inter alia, the User’s full name, company/organization name, his/her e-mail address and telephone number.
