Equalweb.com is a world leader and a pioneer in web accessibility. We are looking for a sales ninja to US & Europe market. We are a B2B company that sells a SAAS solution for medium and big companies. Our ground-breaking accessibility technology offers advanced functionalities (tools) that enable individuals living with various disabilities to browse the web.
Our Accessibility Suite provides a complete solution to the challenges of meeting regulatory needs and becoming compliant with digital accessibility regulations: WCAG 2.2, ADA, Section 508 and EN 301549.

Responsibilities:
  • Managing the sales process from lead to sign & assisting Client Success in getting his digital to be accessible.
  • Spotting opportunities to increase lead gen through new channels
  • Creating ways to optimize the sales funnel
  • Participation in conferences, closing deals, signing contracts, meeting customers including traveling overseas.
  • Delivering on company Sales objectives and building brand awareness.
  • Achieve monthly sales target by maintaining a sales pipeline.
  • Negotiate with senior-level customer stakeholders to close deals.
  • Develop compelling presentations and proposals for enterprise customers with a high percentage of sales meetings being done via online demos and phone calls.
  • Achieve weekly/monthly outbound calling target.
  • Working in night shift from 17:00 PM to 01:00 AM at least 2 times a week.
  • Presenting our company in front of a big crowd in conferences, summits and more
Qualifications:
  • 4+ years of sales experience with enterprise SAAS - MUST!
  • English mother tongue or at mother-tongue level - MUST!
    Other languages - Advantage
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills; especially presentation skills - MUST!
  • Self-starter, high energy, adaptable, inquisitive and excited to work in a start-up environment.
  • Proven track record in achieving targets and goals set.
  • Proven successful track record of selling SaaS Solutions.
  • Confident and happy to spend considerable time on the phone.
  • Confident in presenting commercial and technical information.
